How to resolve login issues, reset your password, and manage account access in APLYiD

I forgot my password

On the APLYiD login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email within a few minutes.

If the email does not arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you are using the email address your APLYiD account was created with

  • If your company uses email filtering, the reset email may be blocked β€” ask your IT team to whitelist emails from APLYiD

I am getting "User Credentials Not Valid"

This error means the email and password combination entered does not match any account. Try:

  • Double-checking you are using the correct email address

  • Resetting your password using the Forgot password? link

  • Ensuring you are using the updated password if it was recently changed

My account is locked

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, a Company Admin or APLYiD support can unlock it.

I need access to a colleague's account (e.g., they are on leave)

For security reasons, APLYiD does not allow account sharing. However:

  • A Company Admin can view all completed verifications across the company from their own login

  • A new user account can be added to take over future work β€” see How to add a new user to APLYiD

The password reset email is not arriving

If no reset email arrives after several minutes, it is likely being filtered. Ask your IT team to whitelist the APLYiD sending domain, or contact support and we will assist you directly.
