This feature is ideal for low-risk verifications and want to streamline approval process. For customers base with higher-risk profiles, you may want to keep verification enabled.
To disable address verification:
Navigate to Control System → Preferences → Settings
Find the new Verification Settings section
Use the Address Verification toggle (default: ON)
How it works
When you turn off address verification:
Addresses are still captured (required for compliance)
Verification is attempted but won't block approvals
Results adapt based on settings:
If we successfully verify anyway, you'll see: "In the event you need to verify address, it has already been matched."
When settings is toggled OFF, but address wasn't matched, it will display a grey icon but won't affect the overall result
When settings is toggled OFF, and the address is a match, it will display a green tick and a message
