Please note a Company Admin will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1: Accessing 'Preferences' Tab:

On the left-hand side of the Control System interface, click on the 'Preferences' tab. This serves as your gateway to manage various account settings and user permissions. Within the 'Preferences' section, locate and select the 'Accounts' option.

Step 2: Creating a New Account:

Navigate to the top right hand corner and you will find the "Create a New Account" button. This initiates the process of adding a new user account to the system.

Step 3: Completing User Details:

Enter the necessary details for the new user account. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date to create a seamless user profile.

Step 4: Choosing the Appropriate Role:

Next, it's time to select the most suitable role for the user from the following four options:

Company Admin: This role empowers users to manage essential company information, invite others to create accounts, initiate verifications, and access and download all verifications from every user. Ideal for overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining control.

AML Supervisor: The AML Supervisor role allows users to initiate verifications, view, and download all verifications from every user, and receive timely notifications for every completed verification. A perfect choice for comprehensive AML compliance management.

Agent: This role is the default account for standard users. Agents have the privilege to initiate verifications, receive notifications upon the completion of their own verifications, and view and download their verification results.

Initiator: An Initiator must be assigned to an Agent. This role is designed for users who can start the verification process. Once the verification is completed, the assigned Agent is notified, allowing them to view and download the results.

Step 5: Creating the Account Invite:

After entering the desired information, click on 'Create Account' to initiate the account invite.

Step 6: Finalizing the Account

After creating the account, the user will receive and email with an invite token. This will require the user to create a password. Once done, they are good to go.
