If your client isn't receiving an SMS or they reside in a country that restricts system generated SMS messages, you can send the link via email by following these steps:

Step 1: Access the 'Biometric' Section:

Log in to the portal and navigate to the 'Biometric' section. This is where you can initiate the process of creating a link for your client.

Step 2: Go to the 'Verify' section:

Here you will be able to generate the verification for you client. You can use either the clients mobile number or an office mobile number to create the verification. Please note, the mobile number used to create the verification will appear on the report.

Step 3: Go to the 'Created' Section:

Within the 'Biometric' section, locate and click on the 'Created' tab. This is where you'll find a list of pending biometric checks associated with your clients.

Step 3: Select 'Actions' for Desired Client:

Identify the client for whom you wish to generate a link. Click on the 'Actions' button located on the corresponding line of that client's information.

Step 4: Choose 'Copy Link':

Upon clicking 'Actions,' a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select the 'Copy Link' option. This will generate a unique link for the selected client.

Step 5: Paste the Link in an Email:

Now that you have the link copied to your clipboard, open your preferred email client or platform. Compose a new email to the client and paste the copied link into the body of the email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If sending a link to a client via e-mail it's important to inform the client that the link will need to be opened on a mobile phone. If the link is opened on a computer, they will be presented with a QR code that when scanned will open the check on the mobile device used to scan the QR code.
