βStep 1: Access the 'Biometric' Section:
Log in to the portal and navigate to the 'Biometric' section. This is where you can initiate the process of creating a link for your client.
Step 2: Go to the 'Created' Section:
Within the 'Biometric' section, locate and click on the 'Created' tab. This is where you'll find a list of pending biometric checks associated with your clients.
Step 3: Select 'Actions' for Desired Check:
Find the desired check for which you want to resend the link. On the right-hand side of that check's information, click on "Actions." This will reveal a dropdown menu with various options.
Step 3: Select 'Resend':
From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Resend' option. This will initiate the process of resending the text message link to the client.
Remember: Resending the link will render the original text message inactive, and there won't be any additional charges for sending multiple texts.
