APLYiD can send an email notification whenever a biometric check is completed. This is separate from the billing notification email and is managed per user.
Setting the notification email for your account
Each user can set the email address where they receive completion notifications:
Log in and click Preferences in the left-hand menu
Go to Accounts
Find your user account and click to edit it
Update the notification email address as required
Save your changes
Note: A Company Admin can update notification settings for all users in the account.
I want multiple people to receive notifications for the same check
APLYiD sends notifications to the user who sent the verification link. If you need multiple team members to be alerted:
Set up a shared team inbox or distribution list as the notification email address
Alternatively, each team member can log in and view completed checks under Biometric β Completed at any time
I am not receiving completion notification emails
Check the following:
The notification email address on your account is correct β see steps above
The email is not being filtered into spam or junk
Your IT team has not blocked emails from the APLYiD sending domain
If you have checked all of the above and are still not receiving notifications, contact APLYiD support.
How is this different from the billing notification email?
The billing notification email (set under Preferences β Settings) receives invoices and billing-related communications. The completion notification email receives alerts when individual checks are finished. These can be set to different addresses if needed.
