Completed verifications live in the Completed tab inside APLYiD. You can also go straight to a result from the notification email you receive when a check finishes.
Option 1 — From your notification email
If you have notifications enabled, APLYiD sends you an email as soon as your client completes their verification. The email contains a direct link to that specific result. Click it and you will land straight on the completed check — no searching required.
Option 2 — Find it manually in the portal
Log in to APLYiD.
Click Biometric in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Completed tab. All checks that have been submitted by clients and are ready for review or download are listed here.
Use the search bar to find a specific client by name, reference, or date.
Click on a client's row to open their full result.
I can't find a check in Completed
If a check isn't in the Completed tab, check these places in order:
In Progress — the client may not have finished all steps yet. The check moves to Completed only once the client submits.
Archived — APLYiD automatically archives checks 7 days after completion. Archived checks are still visible but personal data has been purged. See What happens once a check is Archived?
Different user's account — if your organisation has multiple users, a check sent by a colleague will appear under their account unless you are a Company Admin or AML Supervisor, in which case you can see all checks.
What you'll see when you open a completed check
The result screen shows:
Overall result — Pass, Fail, Review, or Error
Check breakdown — pass/fail status for each component: biometric liveness, face match, document scan, and data verification
Scanned document images — photos of the ID captured during the session
Extracted data — the information pulled from the ID document
Provided data — the details you entered when creating the check
Download button — generates a PDF report for your records
If the result is Review, the Download button is replaced by a Review button. You must review and manually pass or fail the check before the PDF becomes available.
