If the user is being presented with the following screen on their mobile device, this means their web browser is set to view websites in Desktop View:

The following is how to resolve this on both Chrome and Safari:

  1. Navigate to 3 horizontal dots at the top right hand corner of the screen

  2. In this menu there will be Desktop site

  3. Remove the tick and the page will refresh, presenting the user with the ID verification journey.

  1. Navigate to icon that resembles a small capital A next to larger capital A on the left hand side of the address bar

  2. In this menu there will be Request Mobile Website

  3. Tap this option, the page will refresh, presenting the user with the ID verification journey.
